Go live

Going live is an organization status change to LIVE, done by a Ssentezo Wallet administrator. There is no self-serve API for that change. Use a different API key from the one you used in sandbox if both organizations exist. A single organization keeps the same key when its status changes.

Checklist

• Secrets are in the server environment, not in a mobile app or browser.
• Every external reference is unique.
• Orders stay unpaid until get_status returns SUCCEEDED.
• The paid amount matches the order amount.
• Duplicate callbacks do not fulfill an order twice.
• Customer errors do not include API response bodies or keys.
• Logs omit the API key, card data, and the Basic header.
• Callback URLs are HTTPS and answer within five seconds. They are not retried.
• Bank transfers are reconciled with the bank status endpoint, because that call does not send a callback.
• Card payments redirect to checkoutUrl and are confirmed with the status API, not the browser return.
• The organization currency and amounts are UGX.

After the status change

The playground stops sending requests once the organization is LIVE. That is intentional. Production calls belong on your server.
